When we first met with ZYN Turmeric, they were burnt out on agencies, quite understandably; after working with multiple groups, there had been little momentum for their direct-to-consumer operation. Digital marketing campaigns had resulted in disappointing results, running counter to the success the product was seeing in retail and wholesale. 

ZYN engaged Y’all in a comprehensive engagement, including marketing strategy, paid search, paid social, creative strategy, creative development, conversion rate optimization, and email marketing. We knew that we needed to control all aspects of the marketing funnel to find what hadn’t worked before and turn things around for the direct-to-consumer side of the business. And that we did. Sales increased to an all-time high, and new customer acquisition surged.
