Y'all worked with Sijo to pivot their brand messaging and positioning to coincide with the launch of a new product line. We did a comprehensive brand and web audit to determine how to reposition the brand-- it was critical that prospective buyers knew that Sijo was solving problems that other bedding and loungewear companies weren't. Sijo later engaged us to work with their internal digital marketing team to make adjustments to their campaigns to improve cost per conversion and clickthrough rate.

SIJO already had one of, if not the, best products in the bedding and sleep space. However, with an exceptionally crowded competitive landscape, it was difficult for the brand to break through all of the noise, especially without a strong brand persona and presence. Our audit and other deliverables focused on pulling the unique aspects of SIJO’s business model and products from the edges of their website and branding materials and pushing them to center stage. 

Y’all was re-engaged by SIJO to assist in fine-tuning their digital marketing efforts. This included creating new campaigns, working with their internal digital marketing team to make sure our recommendations and changes felt cohesive with their broad strategy and demonstrating why we were making the changes we were along the way so that the internal team could take the learnings with them.

Our work decreased their cost per conversion by $15 (just under a 15% decrease) and improved their CTR by 27%.
